Gate Control:

Providing the lane_uuid enables gate control

Gate will upon upon receiving signal if all other gates are in the closed position.
If other gate is open, specified gate in lane_uuid will open as per the gate control logic.
In the event of invalid lane_uuid or issue connecting to specific gate, the wash will be added to the queue, but the lane will not open. No error will be returned.
