Create a command to add a new wash to the queue
Creates a new car entry in the wash queue with specified wash package and options.
Gate Control via lane_uuid Providing the lane_uuid triggers automated gate management:
- The gate opens instantly if not in use.
- If the gate is occupied, the request is held in a queue until the gate becomes free.
- In the event of an invalid lane_uuid, the car entry is processed successfully, but the gate operation is silently aborted. No error is returned.
